How do I navigate the site?
One method is to use the categories listed on the left to find what you are looking for. Products are divided into categories so that you can find what you need easily. Some common categories are ink cartridges, laser toners, colour laser toners, compatible ink cartridges and compatible toner cartridges. Or, if you prefer, you can use the search box in the top left of the page. Just type in your printer model number or cartridge type and press the little magnifying glass. To see more detail on a product, click on the photo or product listing.

How do I put something in the shopping cart?
You will see either 'Buy Now' or 'Add to Cart' buttons with each product. Just click and the product will be added to your shopping cart. You can put as many items as you like in your shopping cart, if you change your mind you can always remove any unwanted products before you go through checkout, or even change quantities.

Do you sell compatible or generic cartridges?
After many years of trying literally dozens of different brands of compatible cartridges, we have finally found ones with quality that we can sell to our customers. Printrite brand are fully compatible, with 100% satisfaction guarantee! and no risk of wrecking your printer. To this end we don't have compatibles for every single printer, but the ones we do are assured to work flawlessly.

How can I pay?
We accept credit cards through our secure server. We use 128 bit encryption, the same as every major bank in Australia uses for their online banking sites. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers (which is why every time you visit you will need to re-enter your card number when checking out). We also accept direct banking payments, if you have no credit card or you are not confident using your credit card over the internet. We also accept payments by cheque or money order. Orders are always despatched after payment has been confirmed in our bank account.

How much does shipping cost? How long before I get my stuff?
For delivery to Sydney & surrounds, it's free delivery for orders over $75! Rest of Australia shipping costs $7 per order, for next day* business day delivery - there is no limit to the number of cartridges in that $7 fee. Orders over $99.00 are shipped freight free!

Can I pick up my items?
Yes! Check our 'About Us' page for full details about Tonerpak. Just order and pay by phone, and we will let you know when your order is ready for pickup. You can pickup from our warehouses or our store.

Is the information I give you safe?
We do not sell or give away your details to anybody. We have a full and detailed privacy policy to protect your rights. Check it out here.
